Is Moldy Soil Bad for Houseplants?
Moldy soil might look unsightly, but it isnt normally bad for houseplants.
However, excessive mold growth can compete with your plant for the soils nutrients over time, hindering growth.
When its time to water, remove the plant and its plastic pot and water it over a sink.
