Thankfully, it’s easy to get of mold in shower caulk.

Spray that same bleach solution along the caulk and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Then, use an old toothbrush to scrub at the mold and loosen it.

Finish by rinsing the mold and bleach away.

But it can still be done.

Rinse away anything that’s left behind.

Mildew is more commonly found only on grout or sealant lines.

Black mold will have a fuzzy texture, whilemildewwill be more powdery.

Larger black mold problems require the help of a professional.

Pour one cup of bleach into a bucket alongside a gallon of water.

Dip a sponge into the mixture, then dab the sponge all over the moldy areas.

Let the bleach sit for 15 to 20 minutes.

Scrub the moldy areas with a scrub brush to loosen the mold.

Rinse the mold and bleach away with a few clean, damp cloths or a container with a spout.

Let the shower air-dry before use.

Vinegar is a better pick for cleaning mold off of porous carpets or walls.
