Then, use a vacuum hose attachment and remove all of the lint possible from inside the slot.

Secure the towel with a rubber band or tape, and gently insert it to grab the lint.
“I personally tried this method, and it worked great,” Shields says.
Take that same flexible tool, and wrap either duct tape or velcro around the length of it.
“Just change the tape if it gets too linty.”
Blow it up without tying it, and hold it by the end while putting it inside the slot.
“Wear a mask just in case the balloon pops.”
Simply remove the balloon and clean it off between rounds so that get all of the lint out.
