Additionally, you should avoid using harsh chemicals that canstrip the paint colorand damage the wall’s texture.

Clean walls from top to bottom to ensure dust doesn’t fall on already cleaned areas.

Whenever you wash bedding, take the opportunity to dust the bed frame.

Vacuum an upholstered headboard or frame and use a microfiber cloth to wipe down a wood or metal frame.

Don’t forget the area under the bed where dust bunnies tend to hide and are often forgotten.

You should also vacuum your mattress regularly to remove any solid dust particles.

Landry calls them a huge breeding ground for dust andencourages regular cleaning.

“Dust collected on their leaves can hinder photosynthesis and affect their overall health,” she says.

She recommends gently wiping the leaves down to see to it the plants are happy and thriving.
